With BIOMERE® we bundle an extensive portfolio of biodegradable waxes. The product names are structured in such a way that they indicate the drop point. A BIOMER 60 has a drop point of around 60 °C, a BIOMER 140 has a drop point of around 140 °C. This means that you can already tell from the product name of our biodegradable waxes whether the respective product could be interesting for you.
Below the diagram you will find a simple guide to the properties of the products. To put it simply, biodegradable waxes with a low dropping point provide other properties than biodegradable waxes with a high dropping point.
Waxes with a low drop point tend to be
Waxes with a high drop point tend to be
In between, there are many gradations in both directions.
Above the diagram you will find three drop-down menus to narrow down your search. The first menu roughly filters in which direction you want to go, for example by selecting biodegradable waxes with food contact or emulsifiable, biodegradable waxes. In the second field you can specify your application/industry. The third and last field is used to narrow down the delivery form that is suitable for you.
The orange fields show the drop point area of the respective wax. If you find a wax interesting, simply click on it and a new page will open, the product detail page. Here you will find all the technical data from the technical data sheet to the safety data sheet. You will also find a clear overview of all the applications in which the wax is used, including the properties that BIOMER influences. On the right-hand side of the product overview you will find further alternatives to the currently selected biodegradable wax.
Oh yes, and of course you can also order free samples.
