DEUREX H 9122 M
Hybrid wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax and polyethylene wax, micronized
The micronized hybrid wax DEUREX H 9122 M is based on a Fischer-Tropsch wax (FT wax) and a polyethylene wax (PE wax). A short-chain polyethylene wax optimizes the flexibility of surfaces and increases UV resistance. A Fischer-Tropsch wax increases temperature resistance.
With a particle size of 98 % < 22 µm, the white, micronized wax powder is ideally suited for paints and coatings as well as for printing inks. DEUREX H 9122 M is used in the common printing processes gravure, flexo, offset and radiation-curing inks.
The wax offers excellent abrasion and scratch resistance. In addition, the surface is protected against weathering, chemicals and UV radiation. Anti-blocking is improved as well.
