DEUREX EO 4520 M
Oxidized hardwax, micronized
The micronized, oxidized hardwax DEUREX EO 4520 M is our hardest and at the same time more hydrophilic wax.
It provides a high temperature stability, excellent rub resistance and high anti-blocking. DEUREX EO 4520 M is our best wax to reduce the coefficient of friction. It is compatible with water-based system due to its hydrophilicity and its density of < 0.99 g/cm³. The wax does not settle and does not float. The HDPE wax (high density polyethylene) is provided as non-sticking, free flowing micronized powder.
DEUREX EO 4520 M is used as matting agent in powder coatings and water-based paints and coatings. It is also suitable for UV-, EB- and IR cured flexo and gravure printing inks. Additionally, the wax is used in lithographic paste inks, dry-film lubricants and thinner film applications.
